A drill to make you an unstoppable arm hunter

There are many accounts of world champions who, even after their purple-belt days, still hadn't mastered resources such as the armlock from the guard—one of the many basic techniques of jiujitsu which, despite frequent, can indeed require a high degree of motor coordination, perfect position timing and a connection to the opponent. Not to mention the role of the hips, almost invisible when it comes to applying the technique efficaciously.

Rickson Gracie knows like nobody else the fundamentals of jiujitsu, so he likes repeating this type of drill, useful if you never want to let any arms slip out ever again—whether you're a white belt or world champion. Oss!
