Are you good at the art of shrinking your neck in jiujitsu?

As the elders say, true wisdom isn't knowing the answers, but asking the right questions.

The other day, a jiujitsu teacher and friend of Rickson Gracie found just the right question to ask, and received from the master a simple, illuminating reply. After all, what should one do to avoid suffering a double attack when squeezing the kimura?

The solution was as easy as shrugging, and Rickson showed how a defensive resource can be thorough, discreet, and almost invisible. And still make a monumental difference.
This video is just a part of the of the full class that you can find here. Watch this lesson and brush up on your defense in your next training sessions.
