Day 7: The ideal first week for a jiujitsu student

Review the main lessons learned during the week. Check your notes, either on your phone or in pen and notebook. Pay attention to your rest and eating routine. What has worked for you? What did you eat that day when you trained so well? Repeat what has worked and eliminate from your refrigerator what is hitting the wrong way. Happy training, and have a long life on the mat. Oss!
