Functional warm-up to help your jiujitsu moves

The “four-point base” is a great warm-up drill that will prepare your shoulders, arms and hips for action.

Add this practice to your warm-up and stay loose. This move will help when your opponent starts to take your back or sprawl on top of you after a failed attempt for a takedown.
