POST
In a recent jiujitsu lesson focused on the double attack from the mount, Rickson Gracie heard a question from the brown-belt Daphne regarding an almost invisible detail of the position. How was it that Rickson positioned his thumb in the collar in order to keep his balance and not get taken down, before choking and finishing?

The master proceeded to show that, when sticking the hand in the collar, it's also possible to think about keeping oneself firm and balanced on the mat, in a perfectly safe position for a liquid, surefire attack. Check it out below. And let's keep training hard!
